It's a 30-minute video call. It's useful if, for example:
- orders, ad platforms or analytics disagree and you can't tell why,
- something at checkout behaves differently than you expect,
- a manual workflow (supplier stock updates, payout reconciliation) is eating hours every week,
- you want to know whether one of my apps fits your store before installing it.
The call is a conversation, not free implementation work. If I can't help, I'll tell you, and if I know a better option I'll point you to it.
